SALIENT FEATURES*

Revenue decreased by 13% to R3 010 million, from R3 450 million in the six months ended 31 March 2023 ("Prior Corresponding Period").

Operating profit (before items of a capital nature)** increased by 320% to R61 million, from R15 million in the Prior Corresponding Period.

Headline earnings per share ("HEPS") increased by 651% to 21.7 cents, from 2.9 cents in the Prior Corresponding Period.

Earnings per share increased by 664% to 22.1 cents, from 2.9 cents in the Prior Corresponding Period.

No interim dividend has been declared for the six months ended 31 March 2024 (31 March 2023: Rnil).

* Rounding of figures may result in computational discrepancies.

** Income or expenditure of a capital nature in the statement of comprehensive income, i.e. all profit or loss items that are excluded in the calculation of
HEPS. The principal item excluded under this measurement is the profit or loss on disposal of property, plant and equipment.
