TRADING STATEMENT AND OPERATIONAL UPDATE FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2025

TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon
as it is satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on
next will differ by at least 20% from the most recent financial results for the previous corresponding period.

Shareholders of Quantum Foods ("Shareholders") are hereby advised that for the six months ended 31 March 2025
("Current Reporting Period") a reasonable degree of certainty exists that:

•   headline earnings per share ("HEPS") of the Company will increase by at least 46.3 cents to 68.0 cents when
    compared to the HEPS of 21.7 cents reported for the six months ended 31 March 2024 ("Previous Corresponding
    Period"); and
•   earnings per share ("EPS") of the Company will increase by at least 45.9 cents to 68.0 cents when compared to the
    EPS of 22.1 cents reported for the Previous Corresponding Period.

A further trading statement will be published as soon as there is a reasonable degree of certainty regarding the
anticipated range of the increase in the Company's HEPS and EPS for the Current Reporting Period.

OPERATIONAL UPDATE

Shareholders are referred to the voluntary operational update for the four months ended 31 January 2025 published on
SENS on Monday, 17 February 2025 ("Operational Update") and are advised that in the subsequent two-month period,
being 1 February 2025 to 31 March 2025, there were no material changes in the Company's operations to what was
disclosed in the Operational Update.

The financial information contained in this announcement is the responsibility of the directors of Quantum Foods and

The financial results for the Current Reporting Period are expected to be published on SENS on or about
Friday, 23 May 2025.
