SALIENT FEATURES

Revenue decreased by 8.9% to R6 332 million, from R6 953 million for the year ended 30 September 2023
("Prior Corresponding Period").

Operating profit (before items of a capital nature)* of R232 million, increasing from an operating loss of
R35 million in the Prior Corresponding Period.

Headline earnings per share increased to 80.4 cents, from a headline loss per share of 17.4 cents in the Prior
Corresponding Period.

Earnings per share increased to 80.0 cents, from a loss per share of 17.8 cents in the
Prior Corresponding Period.

No final dividend has been declared for the year ended 30 September 2024 (30 September 2023: Nil).

* Income or expenditure of a capital nature in the statement of comprehensive income, i.e. all profit or loss items
that are excluded in the calculation of headline earnings per share. The principal items excluded under this
measurement are the profit or loss on disposal of property, plant and equipment.
