RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Further to the previous renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated
9 July 2024, shareholders are advised that the proposed recapitalisation of the Company referred
to therein is still in progress.

The Company remains aware that any corporate action will need to comply with the JSE Listings
Requirements and Takeover Regulations, where applicable. The Company will continue to
inform shareholders of the progress in this regard.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company's securities until a full announcement is made.
