TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2024

Purple Group is currently finalising its results for the twelve months ended 31 August 2024 ("the period"). In terms of
paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Purple Group is satisfied that
a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported upon will differ by more
than 20% from that for the previous corresponding period, being the twelve months ended 31 August 2023 ("the prior
period").


Shareholders are accordingly advised that for this period, the directors of Purple Group anticipate basic and headline
earnings per share of between 1.68 cents and 1.85 cents, compared to a basic and headline loss per share of 1.90 and
2.05 cents, respectively, reported in the prior period, representing an increase in basic earnings per share of between
189% and 198% and an increase in headline earnings per share of between 182% and 191%.


The information above has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company's external auditors.


The Company's results for the 12 months ended 31 August 2024 are expected to be published on SENS on or about 25
November 2024.
