REMINDER OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the Notice of Annual General Meeting announcement released on SENS on
Thursday, 25 July 2024 which incorrectly refers to electronic participation. Shareholders are advised that the
Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Primeserv will be held in person at 09H00 on Friday, 22
November 2024 at Protea Hotel Wanderers, Corner Corlett Drive and Rudd Road, Illovo, Sandton, 2196, to
conduct the business as stated in the notice of Annual General Meeting of shareholders circulated together with
the annual financial statements.
Electronic participation can be arranged on request should any shareholder wish to participate in the AGM
electronically. The sponsors apologise for any confusion that may have arisen.
Proxies must be lodged at or posted to the company or the company's transfer secretaries to be received not
later than 09H00 on Wednesday, 20 November 2024.
