RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND PERMANENT APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AT
YOUI HOLDINGS LIMITED

OGL shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the
Stock Exchange News Service on 17 April 2024 regarding the
appointment of Mr Peter Widdows as the interim chairman of Youi
Holdings Limited (Youi) as a result of the temporary leave of
absence of Mr David Foster. Youi is a 94.6%-held subsidiary of
OUTsurance Holdings Limited (OHL) and OGL holds a 92.3% interest
in OHL.

OGL shareholders are advised that Mr Foster is resigning as a
director of Youi with effect from 31 October 2024 and Mr Widdows
has been appointed as the permanent chairman of Youi. The boards
of directors of OGL, OHL and Youi ("the boards") thank Mr Foster
for his valuable input as a director of Youi since July 2019 and
his guidance as chairman of Youi from January 2023 to April 2024
and wish him all the best in his future endeavours. The boards
also congratulate Mr Widdows on his permanent appointment as
chairman of Youi.
