AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders and noteholders ("security holders") are advised that the company's Integrated Report, incorporating
the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2024 ("audited AFS"), which contains no changes
from the audited AFS published on SENS on Monday, 25 November 2024 and on which the company's auditors,
Ernst & Young Inc., have expressed an unmodified audit opinion, is available on the reporting suite of the
company's website at: https://octodec.co.za/investor-information/#reporting-suite.

Security holders are advised that the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") incorporating the summarised
consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 August 2024 will be posted today and is available on the
reporting suite of the company's website at: https://octodec.co.za/investor-information/#reporting-suite.

The AGM will be held on Monday, 3 February 2025 at 11:00 am by way of electronic participation. The last day
to trade in order to be eligible to attend, participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
21 January 2025 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 24 January 2025. Full details for purposes of
electronic participation are set out in the notice of AGM.
