Shareholders and bondholders are advised that Octodec will be holding a pre-close webinar on Friday, 23 August 2024
at 10h00 (SAST) hosted by Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, during which its Managing and Financial
Directors, Jeffrey Wapnick and Anabel Vieira, respectively, and Charlene Conradie, Chief Operating Officer, employed
by City Property Administration (Pty) Ltd, the property and asset manager of Octodec, will provide an overview of the
company's operations prior to the close of the financial year ending 31 August 2024.

Update on publication of financial results

Historically, Octodec has released reviewed results at the end of October and audited results at the beginning of
December. However, management believes that it is more appropriate to release audited financial results instead of two
sets of results. Consequently, Octodec will release its audited financial results on 26 November 2024 and no reviewed
results will be released on 1 November 2024 as originally anticipated.
