APPOINTMENT OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Jayesh Jaga will step
down as Group Company Secretary and retain his role as Chief ESG Officer; and that the Board has appointed Mr. Satish
Bhoola as Group Company Secretary, both with effect from 1 February 2025.

Mr. Bhoola is a seasoned legal and compliance professional, with a career spanning more than 17 years primarily focused
on legal, corporate secretarial and governance – and holds a BA LLB degree together with a Masters in Corporate Law.

Mr. Bhoola has diverse experience across various business sectors including Energy, Property, Agriculture, Finance and
Infrastructure.

The Board is satisfied that he has the necessary expertise to carry out the responsibilities of this role, in accordance with
the JSE Listings Requirements. The Board would like to welcome Mr. Bhoola and wishes him success in this role.
