INCREASE OF SECURITIES HELD BY PUBLIC INVESTMENT CORPORATION SOC LIMITED ("PIC")

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 as amended and section 3.83(b) of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that on 04 September 2024 Oceana received formal
notification in the prescribed form that PIC has acquired additional interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such
that the total interest held by PIC increased to 21.4% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The board of directors of Oceana accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement having relied
on the notice information as provided by PIC in the TRP 121.1 Form and, to the best of its knowledge and belief, such
information is true and does not omit anything likely to affect the importance of such information contained herein.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
