APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRPERSON


Further to the retirement of Mr Mark Bower as Netcare's Chairperson effective from 30
September 2024, Netcare shareholders are advised that Mr Alex Maditse has been appointed
as Chairperson of Netcare with effect from 27 January 2025.

Mr Maditse was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Netcare in June 2023
and thereafter appointed as lead independent director with effect from 29 July 2024.

The Board of Directors looks forward to continue working with Mr Maditse in his new role as
Chairperson.

A further announcement will be released in due course once the appointment of a new lead
independent director has been finalised.
