NEDBANK GROUP EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP CHANGES

Nedbank Group shareholders are informed of the following Nedbank Group Exco leadership
changes.

Concurrent with the strategic reorganisation of the group's Retail and Business Banking and
Nedbank Wealth clusters, announced on 4 March 2025, Iolanda Ruggiero, Managing
Executive: Nedbank Wealth, will be taking early retirement after 23 years of service. Iolanda
has led the SA and International Nedbank Private Wealth, Wealth Management, Asset
Management and Insurance businesses since 2015 and will be working with Nedbank's senior
leadership to manage an orderly transition in advance of her retirement on 31 March 2025.

Daleen du Toit, Group Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), has reached the mandatory
retirement age and will retire on 16 May 2025 after 10 years at Nedbank. Daleen has been
CCO since 2022 and before that she was part of the Nedbank Group Compliance executive
team.

In line with Nedbank Group's executive succession planning process, which included both
internal and external searches, Nomonde Hlongwa has been appointed as Daleen's
successor. Nomonde's appointment as CCO and to the Group Exco takes place with effect
from 16 April 2025.

Nomonde (LLB, LLM) is an admitted attorney with 18 years of experience in the financial
services sector. She is currently the Chief Compliance Officer: Business and Commercial
Banking for Standard Bank, and has significant industry wide experience in legal, risk and
compliance management. Nomonde has worked across several African markets over the past
10 years, spanning over multiple geographies.

Jason Quinn, Chief Executive, and the rest of the Group Exco wish to thank Iolanda and
Daleen for their invaluable contributions to the Nedbank Group and look forward to working
with Nomonde.
