TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2024

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial
results for the previous corresponding period.

Nictus shareholders are advised that for the six months ended 30 September 2024, the Group expects
to report:

-   earnings per share ("EPS") of between 25.10 cents and 26.48 cents, compared to an EPS of
    6.93 cents for the six months ended 30 September 2023 ("Previous Corresponding Period");
    and
-   headline earnings per share ("HEPS") of between 25.82 cents and 27.20 cents, compared to a
    HEPS of 6.94 cents for the Previous Corresponding Period.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by Nictus' independent auditor and is the responsibility of the directors of the Company.

The financial results for the six months ended 30 September 2024 are expected to be published on
SENS on or about Monday, 9 December 2024.
