TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2024

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a
trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous
corresponding period.

Nictus shareholders are advised that for the year ended 31 March 2024, the Group expects to report:

    -   earnings per share ("EPS") of between 19.24 cents and 21.70 cents, being an increase of between
        56.02% and 76.02% compared to the EPS for the year ended 31 March 2023 ("Previous
        Corresponding Period") of 12.33 cents*; and
    -   headline earnings per share ("HEPS") of between 19.24 cents and 21.68 cents, being an increase
        of between 57.43% and 77.43% compared to the HEPS for the Previous Corresponding Period of
        12.22 cents*.

*The Group has restated the Previous Corresponding Period figures as a result of the adoption of
International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 17: Insurance Contracts. A detailed assessment and
impact of the adoption of IFRS 17 will be included in the financial results for the year ended 31 March 2024,
which are expected to be published on SENS on or about Friday, 28 June 2024.
