Erratum announcement: Incorrect website link in the results announcement and missing notes in the
interim results


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by MTN on the Stock Exchange News
Service on 19 August 2024 ("results announcement"), wherein shareholders were notified that the full
reviewed interim results for the six month period ended 30 June 2024 ("interim results") were
available.

Shareholders are advised that the correct MTN website address is https://www.mtn.com/financial-
results/?report_cat=interim-results and that the interim results have been amended to include
missing notes, namely notes 16 to 21 on pages 79 to 86 of the interim results.

All other information contained in the results announcement and interim results remains correct and
unchanged and the corrected interim results are now available on the JSE cloudlink at:
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2024/JSE/ISSE/MTN/MTNH124.pdf and on MTN's website at:
https://www.mtn.com/financial-results/?report_cat=interim-results.
