Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the JSE SENS on 24 May
2024 regarding the distribution of a circular to obtain approval for the name change
of the Company to Momentum Group Limited. Shareholders are advised that the
resolutions were approved and adopted by the Company in terms of section 60(2) of
the Companies Act.

Altogether 913 520 982 shares were voted, representing 66.08% of the total number
of voting rights that were entitled to be exercised in relation to the matter.
