Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the Company on the JSE
SENS on 1 July 2024, advising that the proposed name change from Momentum Metropolitan
Holdings Limited to Momentum Group Limited ("Change of Name") was approved by
shareholders.

The special resolution for the Change of Name was accepted and placed on file by the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.

Accordingly, the following dates are confirmed as per the circular:
