Resignation of Mr Paballo Joel Makosholo from the Group Boards and Committees

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements
and paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, shareholders and
noteholders are advised that Mr Paballo Joel Makosholo has resigned as a non-
executive director from the boards of both MMH and MML, with effect from 30 June
2024, to focus on other business commitments.

Mr Makosholo has also resigned as a member of the Group's Investments as well as the
Risk, Capital and Compliance committees, with effect from 30 June 2024.

The Board accepted the resignation of Mr Makosholo on 9 July 2024 and thanks him for
his contribution to the Board during his term of office.
