TRP121: NOTIFICATION   OF   AN   ACQUISITION   OF   BENEFICIAL   INTEREST   IN
SECURITIES

In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008,
and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 as well
as paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the Group has received notification from
the Public Investment Corporation Soc Limited ("PIC") of an acquisition
by PIC. Post-acquisition PIC holds 15.696% of the issued ordinary shares
of Momentum Group.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Group
has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
