Investor Conference 2024
Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Momentum Group will host an Investor Conference
("conference"), commencing at 9:00 AM on Tuesday 23 July 2024. The purpose of the conference is to announce
and outline the Group's new strategy following the conclusion of the Reinvent and Grow strategy on 30 June
2024.
During the closed period leading up to the release of the results for the financial year ended 30 June 2024, we
are limited in our ability to discuss detailed financial performance. It is therefore important to note that 31
December 2023 numbers have been used as a base. For normalised headline earnings (NHE), the current base
referenced in the presentations has been calculated by annualising the 31 December 2023 NHE and rounding
these to the nearest R100 million. This has been included for comparative purposes and should not be construed
as guidance to the results for the financial year ended 30 June 2024.
As the business becomes aware of its likely financial performance, or any potential deviations from any prior
guidance provided, this will be disclosed to the market in accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
