The AFS contain no changes to the summarised audited consolidated financial results released on the Stock
Exchange News Service on the same date, 27 September 2027.

The AFS have been audited by the Group's auditors, Ernst & Young Inc., and their unqualified audit report is
available for inspection at the registered offices of the Momentum Group together with the AFS identified in the
audit opinion.
