WITHDRAW ITS APPROVAL OF NOVUS' FIRM INTENTION ANNOUNCEMENT
TO MAKE A MANDATORY OFFER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF MUSTEK
FOR SHARES THAT IT DOES NOT ALREADY BENEFICIALLY HOLD

Mustek shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement
by Novus released on 28 March 2025, regarding the TRP's
ruling referred to above.
