BOARD CHANGES
The Marshall Monteagle board of directors ("the Board") wishes to announce the following Board
changes in accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements:
Resignation of David Marshall
David Marshall, a non-executive director, has stepped down from this role with effect from 21st March
2024. David has been a director of the Company since its formation in 2009 and had been the Chief
Executive Officer until 1st January 2024.
The Board would like to express their profound thanks to David for his hard work and leadership over
the years and wishes him all the best for his future endeavours.
Appointment of Non-Executive Director
The Board is also pleased to announce that Mr John Jankovich-Bésán has been appointed as a non-
executive director with effect from 1st April 2024.
John is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience working with a diverse range of
Companies (both listed and unlisted) across a wide range of countries in both executive and non-
executive positions.
Through John's previous employments he has gained a deep understanding of the areas in which the
Company operates, and the Board look forward to John bringing his extensive skills, knowledge and
experience to the Board.
