NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


MC Mining Limited (the Company) announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and
accompanying proxy materials for the AGM have been posted to shareholders. These documents are
available on the Company's website www.mcmining.co.za.


The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. (Johannesburg time) on 28 November 2024 at the
offices of the Company at Ground Floor, Greystone Building, Fourways Golf Park, Roos Street,
Fourways 2191, South Africa. The record date to participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting
is Friday, 22 November 2024 and the last date to trade to participate and vote at the meeting is
Tuesday, 19 November 2024.
