POTENTIAL AMENDMENT OF SPANISH SOCIMI LEGISLATION

Shareholders are advised that the PSOE and Sumar political parties in Spain have reportedly reached an
agreement to potentially amend or eliminate the tax benefits of SOCIMIs in the country. The details of the
potential changes are unknown, and the proposed changes would require Spanish congressional approval of
which PSOE and Sumar collectively have 147 out of 350 seats.

Currently SOCIMIs pay 0% corporate tax, but are required to pay a 19% special levy on dividends, whilst the
corporate tax rate in Spain is 25%.

Spain represents 42% of Lighthouse's assets and the outcome of the potential amendment, should it be
implemented, is not anticipated to have a material impact on distributable earnings.
