UPDATE ON POTENTIAL AMENDMENT OF SPANISH SOCIMI LEGISLATION


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on Wednesday, 13 November 2024, in relation to the
potential elimination or amendment of the SOCIMI tax regime in Spain.

During a sitting of the Spanish congress on 21 November 2024 the amendment to eliminate the SOCIMI
tax regime was rejected.

Lighthouse's Spanish assets (representing 42% of its portfolio) will therefore continue to apply the current
SOCIMI tax regime.
