APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN-ELECT

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 26 September 2024
wherein shareholders were informed that Ms Wendy Luhabe, Chairman of Libstar, will not be
available for re-election at the Company's next Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held
on or about 30 May 2025. Wendy has served as Chairman since 2018.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr JP Landman, current lead
independent non-executive director, as Chairman of the Company with effect from the
conclusion of the 2025 AGM. He will step down as the lead independent non-executive director
and member of the Audit and Risk Committee at the AGM.

JP, who has served on the Board of Libstar since March 2018, is an independent analyst,
focusing on trends in politics, economics, demographics and social capital. He holds a BA LLB
and MPhil in Future Studies from the University of Stellenbosch. JP has served as the lead
independent director, chairman of the Nomination and Investment Committees and member
of the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee. In these roles, JP has made
a meaningful contribution to the continuous enhancement of Libstar's corporate governance
practices, its leadership succession and talent management as well as the formulation and
implementation of the Company's new strategic direction to create sustainable stakeholder
value.

Shareholders will be advised of any further changes to the Board and its sub-committees prior
to the 2025 AGM.
