AMENDED WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the Withdrawal of Cautionary announcement published on
SENS on 29 January 2024 and are advised that the cautionary was initially issued due to
potential prior year or current adjustments from the former Auditors which could have
been material to Labat.

The cautionary announcement was due for renewal or withdrawal on 29 January 2024.
The Board is comfortable that the Company's assets and liabilities have been fairly stated
in the prior year and therefore concluded that the cautionary was no longer relevant
and it was withdrawn.

Caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in the
Company's securities.
