Shareholders of Labat ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement released on
SENS 4 March 2025 where Shareholders were advised that Labat will issue 200 million
ordinary Labat Africa shares at an issue price of R0.10 (Ten Cents) per share which
represents a premium of 25% compared to trading share price of
0.08 (Eight Cents) cents per share.

The Company is pleased to announce that, following the successful acquisition of
Ahnamu (Pty) Ltd, the transfer of 200,000,000 shares has been completed in accordance
with the terms of the agreement. This milestone marks a significant step in our strategic
growth initiatives and underscores our commitment to enhancing shareholder value.

The acquisition aligns with our long-term objectives and is expected to contribute
positively to our financial performance. We appreciate the continued support of our
shareholders and stakeholders as we integrate Ahnamu (Pty) Ltd into our operations.

A total of 200 000 000 ordinary shares were issued at R0.10 cents to Ahnamu (Pty) Ltd.
Following the additional listing of the shares on 13 March 2025, the total issued and listed
share capital of Labat Africa has increased to 1 132 375 595 ordinary shares.
