PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES' CREDIT RATING AFFIRMED WITH POSITIVE OUTLOOK

Shareholders are advised that the rating agency, Global Credit Rating Company ("GCR"), has,
in its report issued on 14 August 2024, affirmed PSG Financial Services' national scale long-
term issuer rating at A+(ZA) and the short-term issuer rating at A1(ZA), with a Positive Outlook.

GCR states, "The Positive Outlook reflects PSG's sustained growth in assets under
management and earnings, as a result of which its competitive position continues to improve.
The ratings are also underpinned by the group's robust financial profile."
