CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the resignation of Ms Josephine Tsele as non-executive director
with effect from 15 May 2025. Ms Tsele was appointed to the Board of directors of Kumba as a shareholder representative of the Industrial Development
Corporation (IDC) on 1 May 2021 and during her tenure she served as a member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee, the Safety, Health
and Sustainable Development Committee and the Strategy and Investment Committee. She will also be stepping down as a member of these committees
with effect from 15 May 2025.

Kumba's Chairperson, Mr Terence Goodlace, said: "I sincerely thank Josephine for her dedication and commitment in discharging her duties, she will be
missed. On behalf of Kumba, I wish Josephine the very best going forward."
