Kibo Energy PLC (AIM: KIBO; AltX: KBO), the renewable energy-focused development company,
announces that further to its RNS announcement of 5 July 2024, Mr. Clive Roberts has now been appointed to
the Kibo board as a director and non-executive Chairman effective today.

Clive Charles Herbert Roberts (Aged 61) had a 30-year career in investment banking, including 22 years at
ABN AMRO Hoare Govett, and has spent the last 10 years investing in startups and AIM companies. He has
helped raise many millions of investment funds for multiple companies and his market experience will be
extremely valuable to KIBO going forward.

The following details in relation to the appointment of Mr. Clive Roberts, Age 61, are disclosed in accordance
with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:

Mr. Roberts and his Related Parties currently hold 185,638,590 shares in the Company (3.02% of Issued Share
Capital) and 78,000,000 Company warrants. Mr. Roberts is also the beneficiary of a convertible loan from
Kibo Energy, which on conversion will result in the issue of 1,620,095,238 Shares, equating to an interest of
15.22% in Kibo following completion of all creditor conversions announced on Kibo RNS of 27 June 2024.
Mr. Roberts will also receive an additional 1,620,095,238 Company warrants commensurate with the loan
conversion.

There are no further details to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
