APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise that Ms Tanya Kabalin has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 15 July
2024.

Tanya, who holds a BCom (Honours) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand,
currently serves as the founder and director of Olakira, a niche strategic consultancy.

Tanya is an accomplished and inspiring leader with nearly 30 years international experience
in sales, marketing, strategy, portfolio and supply chain gained from the operational front line
to executive board level. She is recognised for her ability to lead in challenging environments,
most recently as Managing Director for Shell South Africa.

Tanya's appointment contributes to an appropriate mix and balance of knowledge, skills,
experience, diversity and independence appropriate to the fuel industry and the strategic
direction of the KAL Group.

The Board welcomes Tanya and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
