notifying shareholders of the annual general meeting of the Company to be held at
12:30 p.m. on Thursday, 6 February 2025 at the Grande Roche Hotel, 1 Plantasie Street,
Paarl, and further advising shareholders that the integrated annual report will be made
available on KAL Group's website on or about 16 January 2025.

Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report has today been made available
