REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At the 19th annual general meeting ("AGM") of the shareholders of the JSE held on Tuesday, 7 May 2024 all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the AGM
