APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 13 August 2024, in
which it advised shareholders that Ms. Matseliso Madhlophe has resigned as Insimbi's
company secretary.

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are further advised that Fluidrock Governance Group Proprietary Limited
("Fluidrock") has been appointed as the company secretary of Insimbi with effect from 1
October 2024.

The board of Insimbi would like to welcome Fluidrock in its new role and looks forward to their
contribution.
