CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF INVESTEC BANK (MAURITIUS) LIMITED

Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited ("the Board") announces, in accordance with Section 6.39 of the Debt
Listings Requirements, the following change of directors:-

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment, with effect from 09 August 2024, of Vanessa Olver as
a non-executive director of the Board. The appointment of Vanessa Olver was made pursuant to the policy
dealing with the nomination of directors to the Board.

Further to the above, Zarina BM Bassa stepped down from the Board at the meeting held on 23 August
2024, having reached nine years of service to the Investec Group and resigning from all the entities within
Investec Group including Investec Bank (Mauritius) Limited.


Vanessa Olver replaces Zarina BM Bassa in the following sub-committees of the Board:

1.      Chairperson of the Audit committee
2.      Member of the Nomination and remuneration committee
3.      Member of the Corporate governance committee
4.      Invitee to the Risk management committee

The Board takes this opportunity in welcoming Vanessa Olver in her role and wishes to thank Zarina for
her support and contribution.
