Amendment to the Applicable Pricing Supplement – IBLIIR

An error has been identified in relation to the Exchange Rate applicable to the IBLIIR Notes, being the
USDZAR exchange rate at which the Issuer converted the funds in the Issuer's underlying hedge from
South African Rand (ZAR) to United States Dollars (USD).

The Issuer and the Noteholder have agreed that an Amended and Restated Applicable Pricing
 Supplement be issued.

The salient features of the IBLIIR Notes are now correctly reflected as follows:

(i) The definition of FIX has been replaced with the following new
         definition:

FIX: 14.2147 being the USDZAR exchange
rate at which the Issuer converted the
funds in the Issuer's underlying hedge
from South African Rand (ZAR) to
                                       United States Dollars (USD).

The aforementioned amendments are made with effect from 26 February 2025.

The Amended and Restated Applicable Pricing Supplement is available for inspection on the Issuer's
website and does not contain any additional terms and conditions or changes to the terms and
conditions as contained in the Programme Memorandum.

Investors should study the Amended and Restated Applicable Pricing Supplement for full details of the
terms and conditions applicable to these Notes.
