New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL313
Application has been made to the JSE Limited ("JSE") for the listing of R250,000,000 (two
hundred and fifty million Rand) Senior Unsecured Floating Rate Notes (stock code IBL313),
under Investec Bank Limited's Domestic Medium-Term Note and Preference Share
Programme dated 17 March 2021.
The IBL313 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
7 February 2025 with effect from commencement of trade.
