This notification relates to an award of Restricted Shares over 5p ordinary shares in the
Company (Shares) that was made to Harry Badham, a PDMR of the Company, on 1 June
2021 under the Hammerson plc Restricted Share Plan (RSP) (Award). In accordance with the
default rules of the RSP, the Award vested on 1 June 2024 and the relevant Shares were
subsequently released to the PDMR on 4 June 2024. A portion of these Shares were then
sold automatically to cover the tax liability in respect of the Award, in accordance with the
default rules of the RSP.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse
