INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue from continuing operations increased by R12.2 million to R12.7 million from R0.5
     million in the prior corresponding period. The revenue for the current period includes the
     write-back of dividends that had prescribed. The prior period revenue was restated to
     separately reflect the results of discontinued operations.

     Headline earnings per share increased to 11.9 cents per share, from earnings of 9.8 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Basic earnings per share increased to 11.8 cents per share, from earnings of 9.9 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     An ordinary dividend of 10 cents per share was declared on the 20 November 2023 down
     from the ordinary dividend of 12 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
