DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS AND EXECUTIVES IN TERMS OF THE FIRSTRAND 2024 BONUS
SHARE OWNERSHIP SCHEME (BSOP)

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that FirstRand has
acquired 4 830 338 ordinary shares on the open market in order to satisfy the obligations of the BSOP, in
terms of which share awards were granted to participants in September 2024. The shares have been acquired
into the participants' restricted accounts, pre-tax and less their cost of acquisition. Upon vesting on 23
September 2026, when the restrictions are lifted, the total value of the shares will be subject to income tax
deductions. The ordinary shares were transferred immediately to the participants' restricted trading accounts
and dealt with in terms of the BSOP rules.

The ordinary shares have been acquired at a volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of R73.69 per ordinary
share and have been allocated to, and accepted by, participants. The total transaction value amounted to
R355 947 607.22. The daily VWAP, highest price and lowest price for the various trades by FirstRand is
detailed below. Clearance to trade has been obtained.
