LISTING OF THE FNB MSCI WORLD FEEDER ETF REFERENCING THE ISHARES CORE MSCI World UCITS ETF ON THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE IN
THE EXCHANGE TRADED FUND SECTOR

        1. Introduction

        The FNB MSCI World Feeder ETF (the "portfolio") provides an investment vehicle for investors wishing to track the movement of the MSCI World Index
        ("index") by investing in the iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF ("underlying fund"). The underlying fund seeks to track the performance of an index
        composed of large and mid-capitalisation companies from developed countries. The fund is passively managed and aims to invest so far as possible and
        practicable in the equity securities that make up the index. The underlying fund may also engage in short-term secured lending of its investments to certain
        eligible third parties to generate additional income to off-set the costs of the underlying fund.

        2. Listing Approval

        Approval for the listing of the participatory interest in the portfolio was granted by the JSE Limited ("JSE") on 15 May 2024.

            The MSCI World Index measures the performance of large and mid capitalisation companies in developed countries worldwide. With 1,511 constituents,
            the index captures large and mid-cap representation across 23 developed markets countries. The index covers approximately 85% of the free float-
            adjusted market capitalization in each country.

        3.8 Distribution or accounting period

            Accumulating (income received in the underlying iShares Core MSCI World UCITS ETF is reinvested in the index and reflected in the value of the fund
            and therefore not distributed). Distribution announcements will be published annually for the 12-month period ending in June each year.
