LISTING OF THE FNB MSCI EMERGING MARKETS FEEDER ETF REFERENCING THE ISHARES CORE MSCI EM IMI UCITS ETF ON THE MAIN BOARD OF
THE JSE IN THE EXCHANGE TRADED FUND SECTOR

        1. Introduction

        The FNB MSCI Emerging Markets Feeder ETF (the "portfolio") provides an investment vehicle for investors wishing to track the movement of the MSCI
        Emerging Markets Investable Market Index ("index") by investing in the iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets IMI UCITS ETF ("underlying fund"). The
        underlying fund seeks to track the performance of large, mid and small-cap companies within the equity markets of emerging markets countries.

        2. Listing Approval

        Approval for the listing of the participatory interest in the portfolio was granted by the JSE Limited ("JSE") on 15 May 2024.

                The MSCI Emerging Markets Index captures large and mid-cap representation across 24 emerging markets countries. With 1,437
                constituents, the index covers approximately 85% of the free float-adjusted market capitalization in each country. The index measures the
                performance of large, mid and small-cap sectors (i.e. companies with large, mid and small market capitalisation) within the equity markets in
                emerging markets which comply with MSCI's size, liquidity and free float criteria.

        3.8 Distribution or accounting period

            Accumulating (income received in the underlying iShares Core MSCI EM IMI UCITS ETF is reinvested in the index and reflected in the value of the fund
            and therefore not distributed). Distribution announcements will be published annually for the 12-month period ending in June each year.
