Listing of additional 1nvestPlatinum debentures – ETFPLT and ENXPLT(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 17 April 2025, issued an additional 100,000 1nvestPlatinum
debentures at an approximate issue price of R173.9337 per additional 1nvestPlatinum debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 962.686 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 12,157,000 1nvestPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 117,181.789 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.
