PUBLICATION OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Equites' integrated report, incorporating the audited
consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 29 February 2024, on which the Company's
auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion, and the sustainability report, have been published today,
31 May 2024, and are available on the Company's website at: http://www.equites.co.za/investor-
community/investor-documentation/. Electronic or printed copies of the integrated report are available on
request from investors@equites.co.za.

A notice of annual general meeting of the Company will be posted separately on or about 28 June 2024.

The Board is pleased to announce that Equites has achieved a Level 2 B-BBEE status. Shareholders and
noteholders are further advised that, in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's
annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
Act 53 of 2003, read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2003,
has been published and is available on the Company's website at:
