NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"),
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that enX has received
notification from M and G Investment Managers Proprietary Limited on behalf of its underlying
clients of the disposal of enX shares, such that it now holds 0.00% of enX's total issued shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the
required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of enX accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement and certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information
