Shareholders are advised that eMedia Holdings' notice of annual general meeting (AGM),
incorporating the audited summarised financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024,
has been released and was posted to shareholders on Monday, 29 July 2024.
Shareholders are advised that the notice of AGM, the integrated annual report and the audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024 are available on the Company's
website (www.emediaholdings.co.za). The annual financial statements are also available on
the JSE cloudlink on https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2024/jse/isse/EMNE/AFS2024.pdf
The summarised financial statements and the audited annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the reviewed condensed consolidated results which were published on SENS
on 23rd of May 2024.
Notice is hereby given that the AGM for eMedia Holdings shareholders will be held on
Thursday, 29 August 2024 at 09h00 at the offices of HCI: Suite 801, 76 Regent Road, Sea
Point, 8005. The record date for determining when shareholders must be recorded in the
register to be entitled to participate in and vote at the AGM is Friday, 23 August 2024. The last
date to trade to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 20 August 2024.
