Ellies Holdings Limited has been placed under final liquidation. Copies of the Court Order can be

This announcement relates only to Ellies Holdings Limited, the listed holding company of the
Ellies group of companies.

Notice to Affected Persons of Ellies Electronics (Pty) Limited ("Ellies Electronics")

The operating entity Ellies Electronics remains in business rescue and its business rescue practitioner
is continuing to implement the adopted business rescue plan.
